About the Connect Group
Friendships can help people feel happier, included, and valued, They can also enhance wellbeing. The service offers you support that aims to encourage and enable you to lead as independent and fulfilling a life as you can, in the way that you want.
Connect Group is designed for people with a learning disability, mental health difficulties, and early-stage dementia. We can offer you the same opportunities to be involved in your community, meet people, and develop friendships as anyone else.
Where is this service
We provide our service across Plymouth and at our Studio in Peverell. We tailor your support to maximise your access to your local community, wellbeing, and quality of life, in a way that suits you.
